1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking at any time by contacting our customer support. Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled ride:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 6 hours before pickup: No refund

2. Cancellation by Madhav Tours & Travels

In rare cases where we have to cancel your booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location without prior cancellation, the booking amount will not be refunded.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Bank delays may occur depending on your provider.

5. Change in Booking

Requests to change the time, date, or destination of a confirmed booking may be accepted based on availability. Additional charges may apply.
